How are the bottles packed to prevent dents and scratches during shipping? We are experts in protective heavy-duty logistics! Every Novacresta vessel is placed inside an individual protective mesh sleeve to shield the powder-coat finish, nestled securely into a thick shock-absorbing product box, and shipped inside a reinforced outer carton. We guarantee your drinkware arrives completely scratch-free, dent-free, and immaculate.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your package clears our fulfillment facility, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can watch your package travel straight to your doorstep.

Materials, Insulation & Care

Will Novacresta tumblers sweat or leave water rings on my wooden desk? No, never. Thanks to our advanced double-wall vacuum insulation, the temperature is entirely trapped inside the inner steel chamber. The external powder-coated wall remains completely at room temperature, meaning zero external condensation (sweat) will ever form, keeping your hands dry and your office documents perfectly safe.

What are the recommended cleaning instructions to maintain the thermal finish? To preserve the vacuum insulation seal, premium colors, and anti-odor purity over time:

  • Hand-wash your bottle or tumbler with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft bottle brush after daily use.

  • While our 18/8 stainless steel is incredibly durable, we strictly recommend avoiding mechanical dishwashers, microwaves, or conventional ovens, as extreme localized heat elements can compromise the vacuum insulation barrier.

  • Leave the lid off after washing to allow the internal steel chamber to air dry completely.

Is Novacresta drinkware safe for carbonated water or citrus juices? Yes, 100%. Our premium 18/8 food-grade stainless steel is highly non-reactive and corrosion-resistant. It will not degrade, pit, or stain when filled with acidic juices, sports electrolytes, or carbonated soda, and it will never absorb residual flavors between drinks.

Returns, Exchanges & Hygiene Safety

What is your return policy? We want you to hydrate with absolute joy! However, for strict personal hygiene, beverage sanitary codes, and health safety regulations regarding reusable drinkware and food-contact items, we enforce an absolute policy: we accept standard returns only on items that are completely unused, unwashed, and un-scratched, packed flawlessly inside the unopened original product box with all protective factory linings completely intact within 30 days of delivery.
